The ACTEC Foundation Announces 2025–2026 Officers and Directors
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Washington, DC, March 27, 2025: The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) Foundation today announced the 2025-2026 Foundation Officers and four new directors elected to the Foundation Board on Saturday, March 22, at the ACTEC 2025 Annual Meeting in La Quinta, California.
The following were elected for a one-year term ending in 2026: Lora G. DavisVice President, T. Randolph HarrisTreasurer, and The famous Key Muscheidthe secretary
The following were elected as directors for an initial three-year term ending in 2028: Farhad Aghdami, Josu E. Husbands, Michaelle D. Raffertyand Akane R. Suzuki.
In addition, the following councilors were elected for a second three-year term ending in 2028: Brad Bedingfield, Chasity Grice, Robert K. Kirklandand Jeanne L. Newlon.
S. Gray Edmondson He was appointed as a director for a term ending in 2026 to complete the remaining term of a director who resigned.
