Zeplyn Launches AI Advisor Coaching for Wealth Firms
Zeppelin, which provides its AI operating system for wealth management firms, has launched Advisor Coaching, a capability that automatically reviews and scores advisor and client conversations and provides actionable feedback without requiring managers to manually review transcripts.
The capability, now available at the enterprise level for Zeppelin customers, analyzes customer conversations against customizable scorecards and ranks each meeting against the organization’s success criteria, the company said.
Zeppelin, secretly launched in 2022; It has officially released its flagship AI-based meeting assistant and announced a $3 million seed round of funding in November 2024..
The new coaching features are part of Zeppelin’s overall roadmap to add automated analytics outside of its AI operating system model.
In an interview with Wealth Management at the T3 conference in March, Zeppelin CEO Ira Jain said the company will continue to add new native AI features to its platform.
“AI notebooking was never our end goal, for us, note-taking is not a product, it’s just a feature—building an operating system and an orchestration layer that can do a lot of things has always been our end goal,” she says.
Counselor training is a recent addition.
“Wealth management firms have always known that consistent advisor performance drives client trust and retention, but they’ve never had a scalable way to measure it,” Jain said in a statement announcing the training event.
Mentor Training Training recommendations are tied to specific times in conversations, and managers can ask Zeppelin, a powered Zeppelin Agent NexusPull robust-wide performance reports on any date range, advisor or group.
Consultants can also use Ask Zeplyn to build personality profiles for specific clients using data from meeting notes and emails.
The platform allows advisors to role-play difficult conversations by taking customer personas from AI, and then asks for feedback. A downloadable cheat sheet can also be created in preparation for the actual meeting.
Consultant training is now available to Zeppelin customers.
Zeppelin prices start at $120 per seat per seat, which includes a Zeppelin meeting assistant. Features in each meeting are compared to a robust broad discussion point and mentor training tips for private meeting discussions will be part of the Zeppelin Meeting Helper.
Agent capabilities including manager performance reports, insights and AI role-playing are included as upgrades with Zeppelin Agent Nexus starting at $195 per month per consultant seat (non-consultant seats are also available at a company-wide lower price). Enterprise pricing is flexible and scales based on deployment model, integration needs, volume and firm size.
