Shultz Huber acquires Stroh Johnson
Shultz Huber & Associates, a CPA firm in northwest Ohio, has expanded in the state with the acquisition of Stroh, Johnson & Company, effective July 1.

Stroh Johnson, founded in 1979, is an accounting, auditing and tax firm. The deal adds three offices across Lima, Minn. and Wapakoneta, Ohio, to the team. Shultz Huber is a full service accounting, tax and business consulting firm, with offices in Archbold, Bryan, Defiance, St. Marys and Van Wert, Ohio.
