The US is projected to grow faster than the OECD average throughout the forecast period. In the context of the assumption that the Gulf crisis is quickly resolved, the United States is expected to grow by 2 percent this year and 1.8 percent next year, compared to 0.8 percent and 1.2 percent in the Eurozone and 0.6 percent and 0.8 percent in Japan.
